Julia E. Barry, 92, of Ewing passed away Monday at Capital Health Systems @ Mercer.

Born in Trenton, she was a longtime Ewing resident.

Mrs. Barry retired as a secretary from the NJ Department of Transportation with more than 20 years of service. She was previously employed by Essex Rubber and Panalite in Trenton.

A member of the Rosary-Altar Society of Incarnation Church, she attended Rider College Evening School for shorthand and typing.

Daughter of the late Ignatius and Mary Magyar Czigler, wife of the late Herbert J. Barry, sister of the late Margaret Capizzi, John and Joseph Czigler, she is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Steven R. and Mary Elizabeth Czigler of Lawrenceville; her nieces, Kathleen Buckler, Cynthia Orson, Maribeth Czigler and Judith Czigler Dever; her nephew, Robert Czigler of Phoenix, AZ; also great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday 11:00am at the M. William Murphy Funeral Home 935 Parkway Ave. in Ewing. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Hamilton. Calling hours will be Friday from 9:00 am. until time of service at the funeral home.
