Elizabeth (Betty) P. Held, of Hamilton, passed away on Monday May 24, 2010 at St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton.

Born in Trenton, Betty was a life long Trenton-Hamilton resident.

She was employed for Circle F Industries in Trenton, and was employed by Hamilton Township Board of Education where she retired in 2003 after more than 30 years of service.

Betty was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows-St. Anthony’s Parish, and enjoyed spending time with her family and grand daughters.

Daughter of the late Leonard and Anna Brough, wife of the late Eugene Peter Held, and pre-deceased by sisters and brothers, she is survived by three daughters and one son-in-law Kimberly Ann and Christopher Marcucci of Burlington Township, Christina Marie Held of Pt. Pleasant, N.J., Jeanne Lea Held of Robbinsville, three grand daughters Bailey, Tara, and Skylar Marcucci, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and her loving companions Tate, Fry, and Lola.

Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church 3816 E. State St. Ext. Mercerville.
Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery Olden Ave. in Hamilton.
Calling hours will be Saturday morning from 10:00 a.m. until time of mass at the church. There will be no calling hours at the funeral home.
