Donald J. Pelton Jr. Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Donald "Duke" Jacob Pelton, Jr., 84, of Cinnaminson, NJ, passed away March 16, 2022. He was born in Jaffrey, NH and served in the U.S. Army. Donald moved to New Jersey in 1976. He worked as a plumber at the Lawrenceville Prep School for 20+ years. He also did maintenance work at Queenship of Mary Roman Catholic Church in Plainsboro, NJ. He remained a dedicated member of the VFW in Jaffrey, NH. Donald loved all of his Philadelphia teams (Phillies, Flyers, Eagles and 76ers) and his animals. He loved to travel to Wildwood, NJ and Naples, FL. He was best at being grandpop and great-grandpop. Son of the late Donald and Barbara (Strong) Pelton, and brother of the late Roy Pelton and Beverly Cisney, he is survived by: his wife of 59 years Elaine Letourneau Pelton; and his children Leslie (Mike) German of Edgewater Park, NJ, Julie (Bryan) Weimer of Delran NJ, and his son David of Hamilton, NJ. He is also survived by his loving grandchildren Michael (Katelin), Christopher (Misty), Bryan (Cynthia), Dylan (John) all of NJ, and Katie of Massachusetts.
