Donna B. Evans

July 5, 1954 - February 10, 2022

Donna (Barber) Evans (67) of Dover, PA passed away unexpectedly on February 10, 2022. A devoted wife, mother, aunt, and friend, Donna was born in Trenton, NJ to Elwood and Gertrude Barber. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Paul Evans, Sr. and leaves behind two sons Paul (Patricia) and Mark (Stephanie). Donna was a graduate of Cathedral High School, Class of 1972, and Trenton State College, Class of 1976. She received numerous honors and was a lifelong lover of history and education. Briefly serving as a teacher, Donna spent most of her career as a Development Director for several nonprofit organization in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She was a proud member and officer of many historical and genealogical societies and a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Hamilton, NJ on March 7th at 11 o'clock in the morning with entombment following at St. Mary's Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Girl Scouts of Central New Jersey, The Old Barracks Museum, or the American Heart Association.
