Frank Reading

June 1, 1966 - February 8, 2022

It is with my greatest regret, to announce that Frank A. Reading, age 55, passed away in the morning of Tuesday, February 8, 2022, comfortably, in his home in Lawrenceville, NJ, next to his loving wife, Erika Reading. Frank was born in Trenton, NJ, on June 1, 1966 to Alfred and Donna Reading. He was a 1984 graduate of Notre Dame High School in Lawrenceville, NJ. He worked diligently as a security guard for many years for Bristol Meyers Squibb. He decided to continue his hard work in security, for Bank of America, where he had been working when he passed. Frank married Erika Reading on November 21, 2004. He was a positive, smart man, who lived life to the fullest, spending his free time enjoying sports like football and boxing. He enjoyed researching and speaking on various historical topics. He had been working on a podcast, called "Ringside with Reading", where he discussed the history of boxing during the 1970's. Frank is survived by his wife, Erika Reading, his mother Donna Reading, his sister, Donna and husband, Joe Cordero, his two nephews, Alfred and Adam Mahon, his beloved Aunt Shirley Minnick, and his two stepdaughters, Elena and Andrea Martinez. He had survived his father, Alfred Reading, who passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2009, at age 78. To all the people whose lives Frank has touched, are invited to his viewing this Sunday, February 13, 2022, at Murphy Funeral Home, on 1863 Hamilton Ave, Hamilton, NJ from 3pm-5pm. This invitation extends to another viewing Monday, February 14, 2022, from 10am-11am, at that same location. Then, his service is from 11am-12pm, starting at Murphy Funeral Home and proceeding to Robbinsville, NJ, where he will be buried. We hope to see you there to commemorate Frank's life.
