Hugh James Fallon, 76, of Ewing, NJ passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 20th, 2017 at home surrounded by his family. Son of the late Henry and Lillian Fallon, brother of the late Nancy Fallon Sea, he is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Joan (Colender) Fallon; his 5 children, Colleen Fallon and son-in-law Robert Marks, Susan and son-in-law Craig Hurbert, Brian Fallon and daughter-in-law Lorraine, Drew Fallon and daughter-in-law Molly, and Kathleen and son-in-law Anthony Sevilla; 15 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews Beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Hugh was born in Trenton, NJ. He was a graduate of Trenton Catholic High School, Class of 1958, and attended Philadelphia University. He was honorably discharged from the United States Army in 1966 and owned an insurance business in Lawrenceville, NJ for over 30 years before retiring in 2002. After retirement, he became a travel agent and founded Fallon Travel. Hugh also enjoyed coaching soccer for several years. In his free time, he enjoyed swimming, snorkeling, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his family. He was most fond of the beach, particularly Long Beach Island and Marco Island, He was an avid fisherman, both in freshwater and saltwater, and receive training by the United States Coast Guard in boating and seamanship. An enthusiastic gun collector, he was a member of the Falls Township Rifle and Pistol Association and the Trenton Elks Lodge #105. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 22, at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 137 W. Upper Ferry Rd., W. Trenton, NJ from 9:30am followed by a Memorial Mass at 11am.
